And Fishlabs has been ignoring every ticket and support request that is opened for this particular problem — the game is broken and they are simply not doing anything to fix it, and they are ignoring all pleas for help. I don't play many games, but this one is pretty good.
The graphics are impressive and the story line is good, though one nice thing is that you're not obligated to follow that story line all the time.
I find that I sort of get lost in the game and then realize that I've been at it for way longer than I had originally intended. The icon bounces in my dock for about two minutes before the program opens, possibly because the game is a lot for galaxy on fire 3 pc download computer to handle. At first I thought that it wasn't working but it just takes time to open.
My only complaint is that it isn't a very intuitive game. I'd like to think that I'm reasonably intelligent but whenever I encountered something new in the game like a new piece of equipment or a new setting, I had to get out of the program and google how to use it. It'd be nice if there were a few more explanations at the beginning so that I didn't have to do that. Now that I've gotten past the very first parts of the game, it hasn't been a problem.

Just wish they said where to buy the 3 new ships. This game is amazing and I play it a lot with the expansions. I am currently having an issue though. I just received the Cronus ship in the Valkyrie expansion and it keeps crashing time and time again once I jump to Valkyrie or around then. I tried restarting and shutting my computer down but it has not solved this crash issue. I will still give this game 5 stars, but am getting a little irritated at the sudden crashes during this game.
